The service

Uno por Noche lets owners list their holiday home and lets guests request a stay directly from the owner. Uno por Noche acts as an intermediary and is not a party to the accommodation contract.

The fee: €1 per night

For each booked night, Uno por Noche charges €1. It is always shown in the price breakdown. Depending on the owner's choice, it is paid by the guest (added to their total) or by the owner (deducted from what they receive). The platform charges no other fees.

Requests and bookings

The guest sends a request with their dates and details. The dates are held for 48 hours while the owner decides. If the owner accepts, the booking is confirmed and the accommodation contract is made directly between them; if they decline or don't reply in time, the dates are released.

While the website does not handle payments, the guest and the owner agree directly on how and when to pay. Uno por Noche does not receive or hold that money.

To prevent abuse, each guest can have at most 3 open requests at the same time.

Cancellations

The guest can cancel from their booking link until the day of arrival. If they had agreed on a payment with the owner, the terms they agreed apply.

The owner can cancel a confirmed booking, stating the reason. In that case, they must refund in full any amount received.

Owner obligations

Publish accurate, up-to-date information; hold the required tourist licence and NRUA and show them in the listing; report guest details to the authorities when the law requires it; and meet their own tax obligations arising from the rental.

Guest obligations

Provide accurate details, respect the maximum capacity and the house rules, and take good care of the home.

Leaving and changes

Owners can remove their homes or delete their account from the dashboard when they have no pending bookings. Uno por Noche may change these terms with prior notice to owners; bookings already confirmed are governed by the terms in force when they were made.
