Is there a monthly fee or a minimum term?
No. Just €1 per booked night. No bookings, no charge, and you can leave whenever you like.
Do I have to leave Airbnb or Booking?
No. You can stay on them and connect their calendars, so dates booked there are blocked here, and vice versa.
Who pays the €1 per night?
You choose: it's added to the guest's total, in plain sight, or deducted from what you receive.
How are guests charged?
For now you agree on payment directly. Soon guests will be able to pay by card on the website, straight into your account.
What do I need to get started?
Your email, photos of the home, the tourist licence number and the NRUA. The wizard tells you what's missing at each step.
